She is a certified Scrum Master, SAFe 5 and SAFe 6 Release Train Engineer, and is PMP certified.
Srividhya Vijayakumar
Senior Director of TechnologySri Vijayakumar has led multiple teams in building and implementing successful business solutions in finance and HR for over 17 years. Her technical expertise across multiple platforms, combined with her ability to understand and decode the business needs of our clients, has proven invaluable in Hudson Valley’s implementation of enterprise solutions for the New York City Department of Education. Sri always becomes the ‘go to’ resource for any of our clients. His educational background includes an MBA in IT Management, and he holds certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). CEO and Solutions ArchitectRouel 'El' Pagtalunan has a 20 year career building enterprise systems, with hands-on expertise in all facets of SDLC, including program and project management, business analysis and data analytics, solutions architecture and development, and quality assurance / implementation. El has led project implementations from beginning to end, from gathering and managing stakeholders in working towards a common vision, to designing and building enterprise system workflows and functionality.

Director of Application DevelopmentLinta Samuel has 15 years of hands-on experience designing and building successful business applications, using multiple technologies. She has contributed her keen eye for resource evaluation and project assessment to build and manage the software development teams responsible for our client’s success. In addition to building the teams, Linta is the technical architect and that leads our application development staff in the hand-on development of business solutions.
